What’s Included?
Our workflow is organized to deliver ready-to-move-in units within an average of 4 days. This technical plan is managed day-by-day and only varies if the unit lacks electricity or if the property fails to provide materials on time:
Professional fast painting
We do not paint with traditional rollers. We use spray rigs, allowing us to complete a standard one-bedroom unit in a maximum of 4 hours.
Surface resurfacing
We repair and apply sealed industrial coatings to old tubs and tile surrounds so they look clean and brand new.
General make-ready repairs
We replace burnt-out lightbulbs, fix leaking faucets, apply fresh caulk around toilets, replace broken blinds, and swap out microwave filters.
Final deep cleaning
We execute the final deep turn clean to erase worksite dust and leave the apartment flawless for the new resident.
